I always have cake and bread flour on hand, so no big deal for me to make a cookie that requires both.Jen, I always love your recipes and this cheesecake is no exception!Made it for my husband’s 59th birthday and it was exceptional.Followed the directions exactly and it was the best cheesecake I’ve ever made and beautiful too, not a single crack.Keep up the good work.DH and I both liked the cheesecake with, and without, the three berry (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry) compote.

Will be doing this again!.I was in the same boat as you and for that reason only did I rate it 4 stars.America’s Test Kitchen came up with a genius cheesecake hack.

Another expat living in Australia, this is my second time making these bagels and my family LOVES them! I’m kind of a health nut and always trying to find good food for my kids so this time I made a double batch using wholemeal (whole wheat) flour and wholemeal spelt flour- equal parts of both and used coconut sugar with pink himilian rock salt and topped half of them with black and white sesame seeds and the other half with a Pura Veda blend from the health food store.I had a salad).Heat oven to 425 degrees.

I would like make a 6 inchcheesecake.What changes would I need to make?.Instead of poking my finger through the middle, I took a round cake decorating attachment and poked it right through the middle.I obviously misread the recipe, it says warm “place” not warm water.
